Foundational to our approach is our proprietary business method, Disruption®. These days Disruption has become a widely accepted expression. But here’s a fun fact: the term Disruption, and the strategic planning model that goes with it, was actually developed and trademarked by TBWA waaaaaaay back in the 1970’s.
